Fees: The Service is billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate of $129/month (USD).Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your customer portal or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.Refund Policy: As the software is digital and immediately available upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for partial months of service or unused time.3. NO GUARANTEES OF RESULTS
While our Service is designed to improve lead capture rates, Garden of Leads makes no specific guarantees regarding the quantity, quality, or conversion rate of leads generated.Any marketing statistics cited in our advertising (e.g., "133% revenue growth") are industry averages or case studies and are not a guarantee of your specific results. Your Data: You retain full ownership of all lead data (names, emails, phone numbers, etc.) captured by the bot on your website.Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and the data collected complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and TCPA. You agree to indemnify Garden of Leads against any claims arising from your use of the captured data.5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We own all rights, title, and interest in the Garden of Leads software, templates, code, and bot flows. You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, white-label, or duplicate our software for commercial resale without our express written permission.6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
